3-1? 4-1?

For those of you who didn't know, the ever-sporting men of the MoMU committee took part in an intercultural soccer match just before Easter. The draw?
Malaysia vs. China
Dum Dum DUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
Naturally, no expense was spared in preparing our stalwart athletes for this impending battle. Although sporting giants like Nike, Adidas, Puma and such were falling over themselves to endorse our players, we patriotically declined, choosing instead our all-Malaysian Bata and Power footwear for the big day. Hours and hours were spent in rigorous training with our resident Spartan (rawr!), moi of course, grilling the men in an effort to whip them into 6-pack shape.
(True Spartans like me have about 10 packs, but I decided to go easy on these nasi-lemak-eating softies)
Come match day, our athletes were fit and raring to go. The cold winds and exceedingly tall opponents did nothing to dampen their spirits. They were all focused on one goal. The goal that eluded them last year when they went up against the Greeks. The goal that would save them from another year of paiseh-ness and mockery. The goal that would enable them to show their faces in Malaysia once again. Yes, just one goal was all they asked...
And indeed, one goal they scored!!
(This isn't a video of the goal, btw. You think my camera so chun meh? Besides, this was second half already and everyone ran away when they saw the camera. This is merely a video of August *confirming* that the goal was scored. Because it was too fast! The minute he switched out from goalie to striker, he scored! Can meh??!?)
Congratulations MoMU footballers! You didn't win, but at least you scored ONE goal! Er, I can't remember if China scored 3 or 4 (probably gave up counting) but anyway twas a good game and good fun to watch :D Next years, two goals!
